SUPER STRAPPY

Today's post involves two new purchases on a recent return to the big smoke for a week. During a fabulous few days with my best friend, we took a shopping trip on Oxford Street with our mutual friend; these were two of the items I bought which coincidently made an outfit. The most significant of my purchases? THESE STRAPPY HEELED SANDALS!

SILKY PINK

You might recognise this look from a few weeks ago on my Instagram (@existenceinstyle - give me a follow if not!) when it was an OOTN on holiday in Cornwall. As the pictures were taken on my phone and didn't do the beauty of this silky number justice, I shot it on a super sunny day last week.

More Oh My Love loving is on the horizon! As mentioned previously, my purchases from the sample sale last month are coming in handy as the sunshine makes a more regular appearance.

MONOCHROME SERIES: RIVIERA READY

This is part 2 of my monochrome series! There will be more looks to follow in the series after this one, however I'm going to change it up in the next few posts and give some colourful summer options. Aside from this I am absolutely in love with this striped halter neck!

MONOCHROME SERIES: CROCHET CRAZY

Last night was eventful, as whilst shooting four different looks for my next few posts, I remembered that Missguided were holding a launch event at The Trafford Centre; my favourite haunt when at home. They are launching in Selfridges and so this was the official opening night and a chance to take a look at the collection on both the rails and Missguided staff.

LEAN, MEAN, KHAKI GREEN

Today's setting was much windier than planned. When I left the house to shoot this look the sun was shining and I had a glamorously natural look in mind. The result was much more dishevelled/ windswept and even as I write this it's beginning to pour down. A slight deviation from the usual pastels and pink today with some khaki green and black, which were some of my principal colours for spring this year.

After continuously saying it for the last month, I am now officially back into the blogging routine. No more empty promises!
